About the Role
As a key member of the MyCareersFuture team, the Software Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction of our software development projects. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned technical professional to lead and guide software delivery teams, serving as the primary technical representative in client meetings to discuss and implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide software delivery teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of project scope, adhering to agreed-upon schedules.
- Architect and develop software systems and applications tailored to the needs of clients, end-users, and other key stakeholders.
- Partner with the Project Manager and Scrum Master(s) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Analyze project requirements and develop detailed work schedules for the team, employing agile methodologies to meet key milestones.
- Oversee the overall microservice architecture of the exchange, including wallets, coins, contracts, and leverage.
- Conduct research on virtual currency technology to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Recruit and train exchange technicians to ensure a skilled and efficient team.
- Establish and manage an operation and maintenance department, leveraging Amazon Web Services and collaborating with the security team to ensure robust security measures.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a technical lead.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cryptocurrency product development.
- Proven expertise in technology, operation, and maintenance, continuous integration, and monitoring required by all aspects of Internet companies.
- Strong sense of responsibility, strong learning ability, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with multiple development languages, including Java, C++, Lua, PHP, NodeJS, C#, and Golang.
- Familiarity with relational database and NoSQL document databases.
