Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lean Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process improvements and enhancing plant performance in areas such as automation, safety, quality, production output, and operating cost.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and improve plant performance through the implementation of Lean manufacturing techniques and design.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution and reporting of quality improvement projects, focusing on overall process improvements, scrap reduction, and incoming supplier quality.
  • Develop and sustain employee training and development on Lean concepts.
  • Lead value stream mapping exercises to determine and record business improvements.
  • Track and execute cost reduction for process improvements.
  • Ensure QMS compliance and lead quality-related activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with proven experience utilizing Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing initiatives in a production environment.
  • Work experience with implementation of adaptable robotics/automation preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
