About the Role

Treyburn Country Club, a McConnell Golf Property, is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock and maintain Room Attendants' carts and hand caddies.
  • Strip and remake beds with fresh linens.
  • Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays.
  • Clean guestrooms, including dusting furniture and fixtures, wiping window sills, walls, and light switches, and vacuuming rugs and floors.
  • Check lamps for burned-out light bulbs and replace them as needed.
  • Restock all stationery and supplies.
  • Clean and sanitize toilets, wash tiles, tubs, shower walls, and fixtures, and wipe shower curtains.
  • Clean sinks and fixtures, and wipe down walls, baseboards, and floors.
  • Restock towels, washcloths, soap, glasses, and other supplies and amenities.
  • Report when guestrooms are clean and ready for sale.
  • Vacuum guest room hallways.
  • Wash, dry, and fold laundry.
  • Stock storage rooms.
  • Attend staff meetings.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent desirable.
  • One year of comparable work experience preferred.
  • Knowledgeable about maintaining, cleaning, and preserving a wide variety of surfaces.
  • Ability to follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies.
  • Knowledge of and ability to perform required roles in emergency situations.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform strenuous work lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and climbing.
  • Use of ladders when required.
