Job Title: Registered Nurse II - Pediatrics

Northern Light Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team in Pediatrics. As a Registered Nurse II, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to children and families in our Primary Care setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to children and families, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maine.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift, move, and load 30-50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work alternate shift schedules, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Experience working in Pediatrics or Primary Care setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
