We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Psychologist to join our team in Richmond, VA.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that involves working with students, teachers, and parents to provide comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement evidence-based interventions, and collaborate on positive learning environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of students' academic, behavioral, emotional, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement tailored interventions to support student success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments.
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed.
  • Participate in school-wide programs promoting mental health, positive behavior support, and academic achievement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all services provided.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active VASchool Psychologist license (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Knowledge of evidence-based assessment, intervention, and consultation practices in schools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
