Key Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Customer Service and Sales Representative:
- Implement engagement strategies to connect with potential customer accounts and inform them about their product inquiries and the added advantages of our services.
- Serve as a product authority to deliver consistent and clear customer service.
- Skillfully address inquiries while effectively managing any additional customer concerns.
- Engage in continuous in-house training and development alongside fellow entry-level Customer Service and Sales Representatives.

- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a related field is highly encouraged.

- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
