Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixing Operator to join our team at Arcadia Beverage LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating mixing equipment, ensuring accurate blending of ingredients, and maintaining quality control standards.

This is a full-time position working a 2-2-3 work schedule with two open shifts available: day shift (5a-5p) and night shift (5p-5a).

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate mixing equipment per established procedures.
  • Complete assigned paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with mixing and staging ingredients, ensuring their accuracy.
  • Inspect the quality of each batch before sending samples to the lab.
  • Work to produce a quality product in a safe, clean manner following GMP's.
  • Support daily operations by mixing products per the current schedule.
  • Report food safety and quality issues to the Operations Manager.
Requirements

  • Passion in being a student of people, a student of business and a student of industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, coach and mentor, embracing a learning and development team-based environment, regardless of role.
  • Self-starter with strong prioritization and finishing skills; comfort in change as a state of being.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Possess knowledge and understanding of food and/or beverage manufacturing practices.
  • Chemical compounding a plus.
  • Good mathematical skills.
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a factory environment with exposure to various temperatures and noise levels.

Must be able to stand, kneel, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
