Position: Director of Financial Operations
Ricercamy S.r.l., a reputable organization in the commercial industry, is seeking a qualified Director of Financial Operations.
Position Overview:
- Oversee and manage all administrative, financial, taxation, and management control functions in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Formulate the organization's financial strategy to obtain necessary funding and promote business growth over the medium to long term.
- Evaluate macroeconomic conditions, develop forecasts and projections, and pinpoint opportunities for business expansion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of comprehensive administrative and financial reports, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, including shareholders and parent companies.
- Guarantee the integrity of financial data by liaising with auditors, auditing firms, tax advisors, and legal consultants.
- Assess sales and profit forecasts, cash flow, budgetary expenditures, and collaborate with other departments to prioritize interventions.
- Examine operational processes to uncover areas for improvement and identify segments that may require restructuring or downsizing.
- Manage the acquisition of financial resources by collaborating with banks or investment funds to secure additional capital for growth initiatives.
- Design and spearhead the execution of strategic plans, programs, and projects aimed at business advancement.
- Supervise administrative functions, conduct regular meetings with department leaders, and provide necessary guidance and direction.
- Establish departmental policies and objectives for short, medium, and long-term goals.
