Compensation Package:

Salary range of $70,000 - $100,000, inclusive of W-2 employment (NO 1099). This package includes a Training Allowance (Subsidy and Stipend), Commissions, and an Expense Allowance. Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits are also provided (Subsidized), along with additional perks such as a 401(k) Plan and a Defined Benefit Pension Plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • No Door-To-Door or Cold Calling. Our exceptional training program will equip you with 17 effective strategies to engage with our local communities.
  • We support our professionals in acquiring their Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Licenses, as well as SIE, Series 6, Series 63, Series 65/66, and Series 7 Licenses. We cover the costs for exam registration and state licenses, and provide study materials at no charge to eliminate any financial burden.
  • Engage in discovery analysis with both existing clients and new prospects.
  • Participate in our Management Orientation Program to develop into a high-level leader within the financial services sector.
Qualifications:
  • Must reside in Colorado, Wyoming, or Nebraska.
  • Demonstrated success and a people-oriented approach.
  • Experience in Coaching, Leadership, or Management.
  • Established presence within the local Latino community.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; a high school diploma is mandatory.
  • An MBA is preferred for advanced positions.
