Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative and Collections Specialist to join our team at JobRialto. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers, while also driving collections and credit decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound phone calls from customers and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer payments and make credit release decisions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Refer customer disputes to field personnel for final resolution and make payment arrangements on delinquent accounts.
  • Escalate customer disputes and collections situations as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Investigate and analyze credit information to make informed decisions.
  • Contact customers regarding delinquent payments and assist in the collection of past due accounts.
  • Participate in monthly conference calls with field staff to discuss collections goals and strategies.
  • Meet monthly goals set at the beginning of the quarter to reduce days sales outstanding and improve collections performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills and typing proficiency.
