In this role as a Project Director for a Diverse Client Base, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and on budget. As a proactive leader, you will manage resources, schedules, and client expectations while fostering seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position that requires two days per week in-person (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and three days remote. The salary for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing projects, including digital campaigns, events, branding initiatives, and content production.
  • Develop project charters, team charters, and status reports, and lead project standup and project health meetings to ensure projects are fiscally healthy.
  • Serve as the main liaison between cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure alignment across all project phases.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met, and manage project burn-down rate to reduce scope creep.
  • Allocate and manage team resources to optimize efficiency and output, and track project budgets, flagging risks and maintaining profitability without compromising quality.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and client expectations, and identify and mitigate risks proactively, addressing roadblocks with creative solutions.
  • Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining clear and open communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
  • 6+ years of integrated project management experience in an agency environment.
  • Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns, with experiential experience preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Hive (or similar project management tool).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and ability to take the lead, pivot, and pull out all stops to get projects completed on time and within budget.
  • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required.
