Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing technicians and administrative staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, develop, and manage administration teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Deliver all company goals and metrics, driving business growth and success
  • Provide exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
  • On-board dispatchers and ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and requests
  • Evaluate and perform annual reviews with Operations Manager approvals, ensuring employee growth and development
  • Review company reports and share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement
  • Communicate needs to field teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution
  • Escalate callbacks and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction

  • Manage customer relationships for assigned areas, ensuring strong partnerships and loyalty
  • Maintain and communicate weekly activity schedules to ensure efficient operations
  • Ensure efficient and well-planned scheduling of all calls, meeting customer and company SLA requirements
  • Manage dispatchers and ensure company systems and procedures are followed, driving operational excellence
  • Hold bottom-line accountability for assigned divisions, driving business growth and success

Requirements
  • 5 years of field technical HVAC experience or equivalent business experience
  • HVAC Management Experience
  • Technical knowledge necessary to provide value to our technicians and customers
  • High level of urgency to resolve problems, ensuring timely issue resolution
  • High level of computer skills, with ability to navigate company systems and procedures
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Proven track record in prior role, demonstrating success and growth
  • Level personality with a drive for success, ensuring operational excellence
  • Ability to focus on desired results, driving business growth and success
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment and deadlines, ensuring timely issue resolution

Physical Requirements
  • Able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printer

Min Compensation: USD $80,000.00/Yr. Max Compensation: USD $95,000.00/Yr.
