Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom Atlassian workflows, applications, and integrations to automate manual processes and improve efficiency
  • Evaluate and deploy application version upgrades and third-party add-ons to ensure optimal performance and security
  • Manage integrations between Atlassian applications and other systems, such as Salesforce, Slack, and ServiceNow
  • Assist users with Jira configuration and customization, while adhering to established best practices
  • Assist users with Confluence wiki content management and customization, promoting adoption of our internal wiki knowledge base
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement automation of manual tasks
  • Assist users with Bitbucket configuration and repository management questions
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, triaging application incidents and customer escalations
  • Mentor and train other engineers responsible for assisting with maintenance and support of the Atlassian platform
Requirements
  • BS degree or equivalent in Information Systems, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-5 years experience administering Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) at an enterprise level
  • Experience managing Atlassian add-ons, such as Tempo Timesheets, Structure, and Adaptavist ScriptRunner
  • Experience implementing complex Jira workflows, screens, custom fields, and a solid understanding of how Agile Boards relate to projects
  • Experience with implementing and managing time tracking in an enterprise
  • Scripting experience in Groovy and familiarity with REST API
  • Extensive experience in an internal/external IT support role, and a passion for engaged Enterprise support
  • Knowledge of Linux OS and commands
  • Experience with parsing and understanding application logs for troubleshooting
  • SQL familiarity (Postgres) and a good understanding of DB tables within the Atlassian context
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $107,000 - $166,000, depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
