With a competitive estimated salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, recruiting, and placing top healthcare talent with the right opportunities, aligning their career goals and personal preferences
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, and ensuring seamless onboarding processes
  • Maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, ready for placement at a moment's notice
  • Promoting StaffDNA services to potential candidates, highlighting the value proposition, and driving job placements
  • Building lasting relationships with healthcare professionals on assignment, delivering exceptional customer service

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A results-driven approach, coupled with a passion for excellence and a desire to exceed targets
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively communicate and build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, combined with a proactive attitude and willingness to adapt
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate Degree or relevant work experience
