EHS Manager

We are seeking an EHS Manager to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As an EHS Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of our employees and the resident communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety and health programs to prevent injuries and illnesses
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate hazards
• Provide training and education to employees on safety and health procedures
• Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and health

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports
• Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies
• Ability to work around food and cleaning products
• Must live in the service area
