JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
- Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation, and hotel surroundings (i.e. local amenities)
- Identify items that guests have left behind and report items utilizing hotel's lost and found procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Team player
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests
