About the Role

Covenant Health is seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant II to join our team at Covenant Medical Center. As a CNA - Observation Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform the duties of a CNA and Health Unit Coordinator as required.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and families.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Texas Nurse Aide certification from the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services.
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and/or Health Unit Coordinator.
