Job Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at The Plaza at Lubbock, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering superior clinical care and services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to residents in a safe and comfortable manner, adhering to community policies and procedures.
• Promote residents' independence and well-being, while advising the charge nurse of their status at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Contribute to resident care plans by sharing knowledge of their conditions and needs.
• Assist in implementing care plans as directed, ensuring a clean and functional environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks as required to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Requirements:

• State certification as a nursing assistant
• Complete familiarity with CNA duties
• Highly developed observation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
