Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Overseeing all staff to uphold high employment standards in line with OSHA regulations, state licensing requirements, and exceptional patient care.
  • Maintaining comprehensive employee records and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete, conducting quarterly evaluations, and providing coaching to your team.
  • Guaranteeing optimal staffing levels and ensuring that all employees are thoroughly trained in their current roles, with opportunities for cross-training to enhance coverage during absences.
  • Developing strategies to boost revenue, profitability, and attract new patients.
  • Collaborating with doctors, lab personnel, and additional staff to ensure our services consistently delight patients.
  • Analyzing profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implementing and managing marketing initiatives for your location.
  • Encouraging and inspiring your team to achieve their best.
  • Working closely with your team and healthcare providers to manage patient flow effectively.
  • Completing daily and monthly reports, performing basic accounting tasks, and analyzing financial reports to review production, collections, adjustments, revenue, and profit and loss.
  • Upholding the company’s mission to Delight the Patient.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 3 years of management experience.
  • Willingness to relocate within our 9-state market.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
