NICU RN Residency Program

**Job Summary**
As a NICU RN, you will be responsible for independently planning and providing professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise will be valued and respected, and you will have opportunities to grow and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations. You should have less than one year of experience as a registered professional nurse and be certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS). Additionally, you may be required to obtain other unit-specific certifications, such as ACLS, NRP, or PALS. A BSN degree is preferred, but not required.
