Key Responsibilities- Operate medical diagnostic imaging equipment and assist in imaging procedures such as angiography and cardiac catheterization.
- Prepare and position patients and equipment in a safe, competent manner in accordance with established operating procedures.
- Assist in administration of contrast media in accordance with departmental policy and procedure.
- Obtain high-quality radiographic images and review quality of radiographs to ensure quality standards have been met.
- Obtain and document all pertinent patient information prior to exam.
