Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction phase of projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
  2. Preparing and managing project submittals, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  3. Utilizing software tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Revit to manage projects and create detailed plans.
  4. Conducting cost estimates and managing budgets to ensure projects stay within financial parameters.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, ideally in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and best practices.
  • Experience with contract management, including negotiation and enforcement.
  • Proficiency in using software tools such as AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, and Revit.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

Salary Range

$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
