Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our team to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for volunteer donors, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the donation process.
- Utilize your healthcare and customer service skills to assist with every step of the blood collection process, from setting up equipment to transporting and processing donations.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure the quality and safety of the blood donations collected.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are essential.
- A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
- Physical requirements include the ability to lift, push, or pull heavy weights, as well as sit or stand for long periods of time.
