About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Simon Property Group. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the management team to create a best-in-class customer experience and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge, selling skills, and operational expertise to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and customer service skills.
- Model excellent customer service behavior and provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support the management team to ensure store standards for merchandising, operations, and visual presentation are met consistently.
- Be accountable for assigned tasks and results, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive business growth and improvement.
- Create a positive and professional work environment by maintaining a positive attitude and leading by example.
- Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a retail or similar business environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift, bend, and move product and fixtures up to 50 pounds, as needed.
