About the Role:
As a key member of our executive leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing short- and long-term financial strategies to drive growth and maximize returns. This includes recommending financial investments, budgeting, cash flow management, and leading financial planning efforts. The successful candidate will also lead the accounting and finance departments, ensuring accuracy, controls, and credibility of financial operations and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and maximize returns
* Lead the accounting and finance departments, ensuring accuracy and controls
* Manage cash flow and financial reporting, including consolidated reports
* Establish budgets and provide timely financial forecasts
* Evaluate and advise on business goals, objectives, and initiatives
* Maintain effective internal controls and supervise cash management and treasury activities

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* 10-15 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, including CFO experience in a multi-million dollar revenue environment
* Prior experience in the F&B, Manufacturing, or CPG industries
* Outstanding tactical and strategic skills, with proven ability to handle financial analysis and reporting
* Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
* Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license
* Experience with enterprise ERP systems and Power BI
