Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis, including assessment, initiation, and discontinuation of treatment.
- Monitor patients' access and intervene as necessary.
- Follow infection control policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Administer and educate patients on medications within the scope of practice.
- Accredited practical nursing program completion.
- Dialysis experience preferred, but not required.
- Current NY LPN license.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- Current state IV therapy training requirements, if applicable.
