About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Airport Agent - Ramp and Customer Service Representative to join our team at Envoy Air Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safe and on-time departures.
  • Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, and company materials, some of which can weigh up to 75 lbs.
  • Operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts to assist with plane movements and baggage delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting passengers, processing check-ins, and resolving issues in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and collect fees.
  • Communicate with passengers regarding their trips and belongings, and process passenger information accurately.
  • Listen to passenger concerns and resolve issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum age: 18
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver's license
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexibility to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary
  • Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Willingness to work outside in variable weather conditions
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, polite, and friendly manner
  • Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
