About the Role

As a Parking Enforcement Agent at LAZ Parking, you will play a vital role in maintaining a courteous and professional relationship with customers, vendors, co-workers, and managers alike. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chalk tires of vehicles parked in unmetered spaces to ensure compliance with parking regulations.
  • Follow a checking/patrolling schedule created in collaboration with management to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Issue parking violation notices to vehicles without payment or valid permits, accurately recording vehicle information as required.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, professional appearance while on duty, wearing a designated uniform and identification badge.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Possess excellent communication and comprehension skills in English, including reading, writing, and verbal communication.
  • Mathematical skills: Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • Ability to apply common sense when performing duties and follow written and oral instructions.
Physical Demands
  • Stand, walk, and/or run as needed.
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally sit, climb, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch.
  • Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Benefits and Compensation

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.92 per hour, based on industry standards and location. As a non-exempt employee, you will be eligible for overtime pay if requested. LAZ Parking is an equal opportunity employer and participates in E-Verify.
