Key Responsibilities
  • Pool Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance tasks on residential pools, including netting, brushing, vacuuming, emptying baskets, testing water, and adjusting chemicals.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on pool equipment, including filters, pumps, and other related systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of pool cleaning and maintenance activities, including chemical usage and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • License and Certification: Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required. Must be able to operate a vehicle safely and efficiently.
  • Experience: Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Must be able to lift 100lbs, have good vision, and be able to swim. Must also be detail-oriented, punctual, and operate with integrity.
Benefits
  • Competitive Pay: $30.00 per hour.
  • Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 48 weeks per year.
  • Reimbursement for Mileage: Reimbursement for mileage paid at the current IRS rate.
