Nurse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new technologies
- A competitive salary range of $65.70 per hour
- A commitment-incentive bonus of $10,000 to $25,000 based on experience
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as flexible-spending and health-savings accounts
- Professional development opportunities, including tuition reimbursement and loan assistance

- A current state RN license
- A bachelor's degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school
- 3-5 years of clinical experience, with supervisory experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certification
