We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to help us drive business decisions and strategy with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets, focusing on pharmaceutical trends, operational efficiencies, and patient outcomes.
  • Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Present data findings in a visually compelling and easy-to-understand manner, tailored to different audiences (executive leadership, operational teams, clients, etc.).
  • Support pharma reporting needs by creating reports that are both data-driven and strategic.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.
  • Provide ongoing support for data requests and ad-hoc analysis as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of SQL for querying databases.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical data or healthcare data is preferred.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability through data visualization.
  • Strong communication skills, able to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with cloud-based data environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements.
