About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Encompass Health Corp. in a full time/part time capacity. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate patient care, leading patient assessments and creating personalized care plans.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering treatments and medications, and monitoring patient progress.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in good standing.
  • CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
  • CRRN certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • One or more years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting (preferred).
