Critical Care Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing and planning patient care to meet the unique needs of each individual
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, including test results and examination findings
Requirements:
- Current Florida Registered Nurse licensure
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- Previous experience in an acute care setting, preferably in ICU
- Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification
- NIHSS certification within 6 months of hire/transfer
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
