POSITION OVERVIEW

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Your primary responsibility will be to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks within the County Office building and surrounding areas. Key duties include:

  • Sanitizing restrooms, office areas, and garage spaces.
  • Dusting and cleaning furniture and fixtures.
  • Maintaining floors through sweeping, washing, waxing, and vacuuming.
  • Cleaning windows, walls, and restroom facilities.
  • Conducting lawn care activities, including mowing, weeding, and maintaining landscaped areas.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
  • Full-time position.
  • Standard working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break.
  • Salary: Starting salary may be fixed and non-negotiable.
