Responsibilities:
  • Apply the nursing process to provide patient care within the scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
  • Teach patients and significant others to promote health and well-being.
  • Document patient care in the medical record.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to effectively coordinate overall patient care.
Requirements:
  • Licensed or have the ability to obtain a Registered Nurse license in the state of Oregon.
  • Must possess an ASN, BSN preferred.
  • Must possess an American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support card at start of employment.
  • Recent (within past 5 years) acute care hospital experience required.
  • Critical Care/Emergency Department experience preferred.
