Position Objective: In this role, the team member will oversee essential agronomy tasks, ensuring the efficient functioning of the facility while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute operational duties at the agronomy site, including product blending, loading, delivery, and general labor tasks.
  • Timely completion of all necessary documentation.
  • Manage inventory in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Keep the facility and equipment well-maintained, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
  • Support other departments or locations as required.
  • Deliver services in a manner that fosters positive customer relationships.
  • Adhere to all federal and state Department of Transportation regulations, aiming for excellent Comprehensive Safety Analysis (CSA) scores.
  • Understand and comply with all company safety protocols. Perform tasks safely while following traffic laws and OSHA regulations.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintain equipment in a clean and operational state at all times.
  • Represent yourself and Central Farm Service professionally in all actions and appearances, contributing positively to the company culture.
  • Make informed decisions and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Undertake additional duties or projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
  • Maintain the required Department of Transportation (DOT) medical certification.
  • Meet insurability criteria in accordance with property and casualty insurance guidelines.
  • Ability to obtain a commercial applicator's license.
  • Have an acceptable driving record.
