Job Summary

ACC Management Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for conducting property maintenance at six properties in Wisconsin, ensuring that all units are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of all apartments, buildings, and common areas to identify and address maintenance issues.
  • Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs and maintenance, including replacing or fixing outlets, light switches, fixtures, and breakers.
  • Assist with groundskeeping, including trash removal, snow shoveling, and lawn care.
  • Perform general carpentry and drywall repairs as needed.
  • Assist with cleaning and janitorial requests, including painting units and common areas.
  • Troubleshoot and repair appliances, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Communicate with management on daily work orders and provide status updates.
  • Perform unit turnovers within ACC policies and deadlines.
  • Ensure a safe work environment and report any hazards or concerns to management.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, including testing emergency systems and equipment.
  • Be available for on-call emergencies and respond within 20 minutes.
  • Report and document all accidents and emergency situations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
  • Multi-family property maintenance experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to physically inspect properties and use a variety of equipment.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  • Flexibility with working hours and availability for on-call emergencies.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Goal-oriented and team player.
