Job Summary

The Hotel Ambassador is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our hotel, including guest hallways, elevator landings, and linen closets. This individual must have good communication skills and the ability to lift, pull, and push heavy weights on a consistent basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Landings: Keeps service landings clean and organized.
  • Tray Removal: Removes trays from the guest floors.
  • Corridor Maintenance: Keeps corridors on guest room floors clean.
  • Cleanliness Standards: Maintains cleanliness of stairwells, baseboards, pictures in guest corridors, and all guest room doors.
  • Additional Duties: Moves furniture upon request, completes guest requests, and ensures hotel guests and associates are maintained in a safe and secure environment.

Requirements

  • Physical Stamina: Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull heavy amounts of weight on a consistent basis.
  • Availability: Open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills required.
  • Mobility: Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
  • Flexibility: Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb.
