Job Description

Virtusa is seeking a highly skilled Data Solutions Architect Lead to join our team. This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and software development.

The successful candidate will have experience in designing and implementing data-driven solutions, working with large datasets, and developing predictive models. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implement Data-Driven Solutions: Develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs, including data warehousing, business intelligence, and data science.
  2. Work with Large Datasets: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to gain insights and make data-driven decisions.
  3. Develop Predictive Models: Design and develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms to forecast business outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
  5. Communicate Complex Technical Concepts: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and customers.
Requirements
  • Strong Background in Data Analysis and Machine Learning: A strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and software development is required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Large Datasets: Experience working with large datasets is required to collect, process, and analyze data to gain insights.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills are required to lead cross-functional teams and make data-driven decisions.
Benefits

Virtusa offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
