Job Title: Account Manager

As an Account Manager for Jordan Drake - State Farm Agent, you will play a vital role in our daily business operations and customers' success. Your primary responsibility will be to grow our agency through meaningful client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Requirements:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation:

$40,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
