Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Campus Life & Style Family, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and functionality of our properties, equipment, and grounds. You will also oversee the management and execution of all company maintenance programs, establishing protocols and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and professional completion of work orders.
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify potential safety and health hazards.
  • Prepare and present reports to management on maintenance activities, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in student housing.
  • 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • 2 years of experience with building automation systems and life safety systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
