As a key member of our team, you will lead and support the therapeutic process, ensuring the well-being of our students. Your responsibilities will include maintaining open communication with stakeholders, overseeing day-to-day operations, and supporting experiential learning. To be successful, you will need to be a natural leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to connect with others from diverse backgrounds. You will also need to be detail-oriented, passionate about helping teens learn and heal, and able to maintain healthy boundaries. Requirements include a current nursing license, First Aid and CPR certification, and knowledge of standard medical terminology and technique.
