**About Us**

At First Light Wilderness Therapy, we're on a mission to drive teen and young adult anxiety, depression, and suicide from all-time highs to all-time lows by 2028.

**Your Role**

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in our therapeutic process, serving as a positive role model for teens 12-17 years old. Your responsibilities will include:

* Maintaining lines of communication with all stakeholders, including students, parents, medical personnel, staff, and vendors
* Overseeing day-to-day operations of student medical needs to meet treatment goals
* Accompanying students to medical appointments
* Supporting the implementation of experiential learning
* Tracking outcome compliance of licensure, accreditation, and insurance
* Following infection control and medication administration protocols

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A current nursing license (LPN or RN) to practice nursing in the state of Georgia
* Maintain current First Aid and CPR certification
* Knowledge of standard medical terminology and technique
* Knowledge of legal charting procedure and requirements
* Ability to check vital signs
* Skill in using nursing tools and equipment
* Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds for extended durations
* Must be able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation
* Must possess a valid Driver's License and good driving record
* Must pass a pre-employment offer physical

**What We Offer**

* A great schedule – Monday-Friday 9 to 5 pm, with flexibility to train youth, explore, and adventure like never before
