Job Summary:

Litehouse Foods is seeking a skilled Mixer I to join our production team. As a Mixer I, you will play a critical role in the performance of all mix systems, including spice, prep, and testing. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Load ingredients into blender and use pumping and metering systems to produce detailed and complex high-value recipes.
Changeover/Wash out machinery between jobs, adhering to strict allergen guidelines and detailed wash requirements.
Maintain a clean work area and participate in housekeeping throughout the facility and grounds.
Utilize data collection system to maintain inventory accuracy and traceability, utilizing scanner to use oldest ingredients first (FIFO).
Requisition supplies and maintain production records, ensuring correct entries are into factory software.
Adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to your supervisor.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED strongly preferred.
0-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Ability to use computer-based batch automation technology.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, focused, and autonomous individual.
Frequently lift up to 55 lbs. independently.
