Industrial Plant Operations Manager

American Equipment Holdings is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to lead our Victorville, CA facility and Anaheim office. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the product realization of all lifting equipment manufactured in the Victorville facility, as well as all supporting operations in the Anaheim office.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all staff members and day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location(s), ensuring delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales, operational, and profitability goals.
- Lead the cross-functional team from Purchase Order to Delivery of all custom engineered fabricated crane systems and OEM distributed products.
- Partner with local sales and service leaders to ensure an excellent customer experience through the entire delivery and field installation process as well as after-sale inspection and service.
- Develop and implement a high-performance culture through servant leadership and relentless driving of continuous improvement throughout the entire organization.
- Deliver reports to executive team members as requested.
- Supervise equipment purchase and maintenance.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with staff; provide guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives.
- Identify training needs and opportunities; develop and implement a plan for meeting those needs.
- Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
- 5 years P&L leadership in industrial manufacturing/fabrication and field service.
- Experience with multiple, simultaneous custom engineered projects and project management.
- Responsibility over engineering and project management disciplines.
- Multi-site responsibility.
- Crane experience is beneficial, but not required.
