At Foursquare, we're looking for a talented Part-Time Contract Marketing Manager, Performance to join our team. This role plays a critical part in driving measurable business results by developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns that generate revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for strategic thinking but be hands-on with keyboards. They'll leverage best-in-class technology to execute multi-channel campaigns and extract campaign insights for continued optimization. In this role, you'll report to the Director of B2B Marketing and work cross-functionally with stakeholders across Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, and Web Engineering.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Building media buys and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media across various channels, including social (LinkedIn & X), SEM, and Google display, to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, such as CPL, cost per opportunity, cost per meeting, and return on ad spend (ROAS), synthesizing key takeaways.
  • Conducting regular assessments and optimizations for goals, conversions, analytics, and tracking (e.g., UTMs).
  • Identifying opportunities for testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance and drive innovation.
  • Uncovering marketing performance issues and pinpointing the root cause with the help of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance marketing efforts.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and goals.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • B2B tech background or startup experience.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
  • In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in LinkedIn, X, Google, etc.
  • Analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate independently and effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Hubspot (or similar), and Salesforce.
  • Experience working in a project management tool like Asana, JIRA, Workfront, Canva, etc.

We offer competitive pay that's in line with industry and market standards. For this position, the estimated total cash compensation range is $40-60 USD per hour. However, actual salaries can vary based on your qualifications, skills, and competencies, as well as location.
