  • Provide solution recommendations and strategic planning for implementation.
  • Advise on best practices and optimal configurations for the HCM cloud platform.
  • Prepare thorough reports and presentations to convey findings and recommendations.
  • Create a comprehensive implementation plan, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
