Key Responsibilities:

  1. Direct Patient Support:
    • Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
    • Provide mobility assistance, including support with walking, transferring, and positioning.
    • Monitor and record residents' physical and emotional well-being, noting any changes in behavior or health status.
  2. Health and Safety:
    • Adhere to care plans and protocols to ensure residents' safety and well-being.
    • Promptly report any concerns or changes in residents' health to nursing staff.
    • Assist with medication reminders and administer medications as instructed by licensed nursing personnel.
  3. Personal Engagement:

Qualifications:
