Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Automated Test Scripts: Utilize ServiceNow's ATF to create and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and quality of ServiceNow applications.
  • Collaborate with Developers and Stakeholders: Work closely with developers and stakeholders to understand testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Execute Automated Tests and Analyze Results: Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and ensure the quality of ServiceNow applications.
  • Create and Maintain Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Data: Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data as needed to ensure proper operation of the requested change, enhancement, or program.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated tests.
  • Provide Recommendations for Improving Test Processes and Framework: Provide recommendations for improving test processes and framework.
  • Stay Updated with Latest Features and Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in ServiceNow ATF.
Requirements
  • 8+ Years of Working Knowledge of ServiceNow: Possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow and its applications.
  • 3+ Years of ServiceNow ATF Experience: Have extensive experience with ServiceNow's ATF.
  • At Least 2 Years of Supporting ATF Test Scripts After Deployment: Have experience supporting ATF test scripts after deployment.
  • At Least One Implementation of AT: Have implemented AT at least once.
  • Hands-on Working Experience as a Tester: Possess hands-on experience as a tester.
  • Required Certifications: Hold certifications in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM), and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Automated Test Framework (CIS-ATF).
