Job Title: ServiceNow Architect Lead

LingaTech is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for aligning the ServiceNow implementation with the client's roadmap, gathering business requirements, and architecting solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sessions with business users to gather business requirements and architect solutions to meet business needs.
  • Capture business requirements and test cases to meet the requirements of the business in Microsoft ADO.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and development of ServiceNow workflows and scripts, which includes ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to gather requirements, understand business processes, and design robust and scalable solutions.
  • Create detailed functional and technical design specifications that align with the client's short- and long-term needs and leverage the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and integration with third-party technologies effectively.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, customization options, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers and staff in learning of ServiceNow and to be a champion for tech analysts.
  • Identify potential challenges and propose innovative solutions to address them.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and other teams to support the implementation of solutions.
  • Provide technical oversight and ensure that the design is accurately translated into a functional solution.
  • Design and oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications to create seamless workflows and automate business processes.
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity across different platforms.
  • Conduct performance analysis and optimizations to enhance the overall efficiency and responsiveness of ServiceNow and integrated solutions.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to enhance system performance and ensure projects stay within scope and timeline.
  • Work with leadership to deploy certified and experienced resources, address talent gaps, and maintain communication on project status.
  • Ensure adherence to security best practices, collaborate with security teams, and create technical documentation.
  • Share knowledge within the team, stay updated on ServiceNow advancements, and build strong business relationships.
  • Lead development roadmaps, present solutions to leadership, and collaborate on proposals that meet project requirements.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of combined experience in the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions and integrations, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and other modules as required.
  • 5+ years' experience working as a ServiceNow Lead Architect level.
  • 1+ year experience working with ServiceNow's GenAI model Now Assist.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or information systems.
  • Must have certifications that demonstrate a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, as well as the ability to design, implement, and manage complex solutions across various ServiceNow modules.
